That's your Google Business listing, and yes, sorting it out is part of the work. For a lot of local searches it matters more than the website does, and most businesses have it half-filled and then forget about it.

We cover several towns. Can the site target all of them?

Yes. You get a real page for each area you actually serve, with proper content on it. Not one page with a list of town names stuffed at the bottom, which Google stopped rewarding years ago.

Yes, and it's usually the single biggest change we make. Most local sites bury a phone number and hope. Yours asks for the job while the person is still interested enough to give it to you.
