These terms govern your use of https://whiteripples.com and any services booked through the Website Health Check or contact forms. By using this site or engaging WhiteRipples for services, you agree to the terms below.
Everything described on this site (the Website Health Check, website design and build, search, content, ads, and follow-up automation) is scoped and priced job by job. The price ranges shown are a guide, not a quote. You get a final scope and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
If you don't find the Website Health Check useful, you don't pay for it. We ask in good faith once you have the written fix list and the video walkthrough.
One-off projects are invoiced on the schedule agreed before work starts. Ongoing monthly work is billed at the start of each month. Work may pause on late payment until it's sorted.
Everything we build for you (code, designs, and written content) becomes yours once it's paid for in full. That doesn't cover the existing tools and libraries used to build it, which stay under their own licenses.
WhiteRipples is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or delivered work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
