WhiteRipples ("we", "us") operates https://whiteripples.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and who processes it on our behalf.
When you submit the Website Health Check, contact, or newsletter forms, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email, company, and the content of your message. We do not collect payment information through this site.
This site uses Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool. It doesn't set cookies, store your IP address, or track you across other sites, which is why there is no cookie consent banner.
We use the following third parties to run this site. Each is covered by its own data processing agreement.
Vercel
Hosting and infrastructure (Frankfurt region).
Data shared: Server logs, IP address (transient, for request routing).
Resend
Transactional email. Lead notifications from the Website Health Check and contact forms.
Data shared: Name, email address, and message content submitted via those forms.
Airtable
Lead storage. One record per form submission.
Data shared: Name, email, company, and the content of the message/frustration field.
Cal.com
Call booking, where embedded.
Data shared: Name, email, and selected time slot.
Plausible
Cookieless, privacy-preserving analytics. No personal data, no cross-site tracking.
Data shared: Aggregated page views and referrers. No cookies, no IP storage.
Upstash
Rate limiting on form submissions (spam prevention).
Data shared: IP address (hashed/transient, used only for the rate-limit window).
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time. These rights are granted under the GDPR if you are in the UK or EU, and under state privacy laws including the CCPA/CPRA if you are in the US. We apply them to everyone regardless of location. Lead data submitted through our forms is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and deleted on request.
