Context
The Innovative Packaging wanted a site that brought in quote requests. What they had described the company accurately and did nothing else with that description.
The problem
Everything a buyer needed was technically on the site somewhere. The trouble was getting to it. Product and capability information sat in places Google couldn't read properly, so the company was invisible to anyone searching for what it made rather than searching for it by name.
There was also no way to tell whether any of it worked. Someone could land on a product page, read it, and leave, and nobody would know they had been there or what put them off.
What we did
We rebuilt it. Every product and capability got a real page, written to be found by the terms buyers actually search rather than the language the company uses internally. The technical side was set up before launch rather than bolted on afterwards.
Then we replaced the contact form with a quote request that asks for the details the team needs to price a job, so an inquiry arrives ready to act on instead of starting two weeks of emails.
Build detail
The rebuild covered the product catalog, the capability pages, and the quote request. All of it was live and findable from day one. Screenshots of the build are being prepared for this page.
Results
Numbers go here once there has been enough time since launch to report real ones. Nothing appears on this site unless it was actually measured, and that rule doesn't get bent for our own case studies.
